In order to offer our guests many options for available appointment times, we have 24 hours cancellation policy. Please provide 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be billed 50% of the reserved services when you cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice. Failure to show for appointments will result in a 100% charge for reserved services.

トリートメントの１０分前の来店をお勧めします。遅刻した場合はトリートメントの時間から遅刻した時間を引かせていただきます。
We recommend clients to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to treatment time. Arriving late will simply limit the time for treatment.

クレジットカードが使えませんので、お支払は、チェックかキャッシュになります。リターンチェックは、＄２５チャージさせていただきます。
Cenka Healing Salon only take Cash or Check. $25 will be charge to a customer for return checks.

お客様がリラックスできるように携帯電話は、OFFかSILENTにして下さい。
Please turn off or silence your cellular phone at the treatment area.

ギフト券は、１年間有効です。なくしたり、有効期限が切れると使えません。
Gift Certificates are available for treatment services and not redeemable if lost, stolen, and/ or expire.

マッサージをする場所以外お客様が安心してそしてリラックスができるように常にシーツで体をかぶせています。
All guests are completely draped to ensure privacy and comfort. No exception.

サロン内でのなくし物、忘れ物に関しては一切責任を持ちません。帰られる時には、忘れ物をないようにご確認ください。
