In order to offer our guests many options for available appointment times, we have 24 hours cancellation policy. Please provide 24 hours' notice if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be billed 50% of the reserved services should you cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice. Failure to show for appointments will result in a 100% charge for reserved services.

We recommend clients to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to treatment time for counseling. Arriving late will simply limit the time for treatment.

Cenka Healing Salon only take Cash or Check. $25 will be charge to a customer for return checks.

Please turn off or silence your cellular phone at the treatment area.

Gift Certificates are available for treatment services and not redeemable if lost, stolen, and/ or expire.

All guests are completely draped to ensure privacy and comfort. No exception.

Please keep valuable with you at all times; Cenka Healing Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
