Salon Policy
Appointment: In order to offer our guests many options for available appointment times, we have 24 hours cancellation policy. Please provide 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be billed 50% of the reserved services when you cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice. Failure to show for appointments will result in a 100% charge for reserved services.
Late Policy: We recommend clients to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to treatment time. Arriving late will simply limit the time for treatment.
Parking: We have lots of private parking spaces and street parking spaces at very safe neighborhood.
Phone & E-mail: Cenka Healing Salon's freindly staff will answer the phone and e-mails to schedule an appointment or to answer any questions. During a treatment staff sometime can not answer the phone, therefore please leave a message. Staff will return your call or e-mail ASAP or no more than 24 hours. If you left message or send e-mail and did not received any response within 24 hours please call back or e-mail again, there may be technical difficulty.
Lost and Found: Please keep valuable with you at all times; Cenka Healing Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
